Almost a year ago I got to photograph this sweet little newborn… As you can see Cecelia since birth has had an awesome fashion sense ;-) and her mom has continued to dress her in the most adorable outfits and hats I’ve ever seen. Her photoshoot included Ohhhh “6″ outfits I believe?? ;-) maybe 7!...
